Life’s Golden Escape Turns Tragic: Natasha Romanoff Kidnapped in Paris, $1.2M Art Ransom © continues

Later, they leased a two-bedroom apartment at Lenox Avenue, New York, NY 10026. Just eight minutes away, they take walks in Central Park with their K9, a giant, trained German Shepherd named Nana. The dog pads beside them like a quiet witness to their new beginning and promising much deserved rhythm of life.

Pedro might be represented in the U.S. by gallerist Marianne Boesky. His upcoming major show at the 2027 Whitney Biennial, titled “Our Human Crawl Never Ends”, promises to be a landmark success. The installation (still secret) will begin on the fourth floor and extend through the windows onto the fifth — pending city approval to remove part of the façade for the duration. The Whitney Biennial architect Renzo Piano doesn’t mind and wants to participate in Pedro’s art extravaganza.

An artist’s story is the ultimate résumé—the living map of their work, the core of its substance. “What can you say… an artist with a one-of-a-kind story,” as Andy Warhol says from his grave.

Los Angeles Art Show 2026

Enticing Art Previewed at the LA Art Show 2026 Commands Attention.
Likes turned into purchases, and the works began entering living rooms, home offices, bedroom walls—even the maid’s room received a piece. Private art buyers and curators moved through the preview without spectacle, focused on what felt right. Shoshana a designer had $30K carte blanche to acquire art for a reception at a chic West Hollywood hotel. Art is a joy of life. This show made clear that exciting art is present—and already being lived with.

On women’s television, LA Art TV doesn’t follow the lineup—it stands out. Women, watching a female celebrity interviewed sparks vicarious inspiration—the fleeting thought, ‘wish it could be me.’ Through Today’s Question of Art & Desire,© the interviewee experience ego elevation, heightened self-awareness, and social equality, producing mental benefit and eustress-induced psychological uplift—a unique art-therapy moment rivaling a therapist’s office.”

February 2026

Last year at: Plein Air Easton in Maryland, sunlight fell softly across José Martínez’s easel. The secluded artist from Oaxaca, Mexico, displayed his paintings without a dealer. Four sold that day, including “La mañana en que la arena se volvió azul” — “The Morning the Sand Turned Blue.” Among the crowd, London patron Frederic Morton paused, recognizing the rare talent. He plans to bring Martínez for a vernissage to his hidden speakeasy showroom in London.Morton’s circle spans the Worlds’ top furniture designers. Italian masters Afra & Tobia Scarpa, Lina Bo Bardi; German innovators Konstantin Grcic, Stefan Diez; Russian visionaries Evgeny Smirnov, Ilya & Emilia Kabakov; and English provocateurs Tom Dixon, Nigel Coates — all connected to the pulse of the London Design. For LaArtTV - Joanna Schauf, 032c– Berlin. The next: 22nd Plein Air Easton Market dates: July 10 – 20 -2026.  Paris (Marais).

Artist José Martínez wears: (Oilli) Aztec amulet made of Spondylus shells, striped Oaxaca pants, Chaleco Oaxaqueño (Oaxacan vest), Māxtlatl(Aztec ceremonial scarf), and handmade leather Cactli type of shoes.

Art Patron Frederic Morton wears: Acne Studios loose street promenade design, silver baboon necklace, hoodie by Dark Mikula, souvenir bag by Lisa Stash, Nike shoes, and his own hat. What other need?  A cinematic monologue moment, “between the artist and the patron,” captured by LaArtTV, for lifestyle seekers indulge in the experience of the unplanned encounter. The reason. Acne Studios artistically construed fashion sales went up 10%?

Uber Straps Chastity Belts on Male Drivers After Lawsuit

The provocative AI art piece emerged from two reworked sketches by artist KVR (sold) and was brought to life using Soro 2 software.

Titled “Uber Drivers Wear Chastity Belts,” © (sold) it confronts a chilling question: who holds the keys?

Uber Straps Chastity Belts on Male Drivers After Lawsuit Dismissal—Who Holds the Keys?

In Phoenix, a federal jury ordered Uber to pay $8.5 million to a passenger, the plaintiff Jaylynn Dean, who said she was raped by a driver, in the first “bellwether” trial of thousands of similar federal lawsuits. Uber has appealed, but Sarah London of Girard Sharp LLP says the verdict opens the door for many ongoing cases, confirmed by Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP, which also represents victims nationwide. Court dismissed potentially multi-million lawsuits against Uber, as Uber decided their drivers will wear chastity belts.
